Specialist Divisionvices & Asset Development To Maintain the operational side of NEOM offices as the offices proponent representative and ensure that all offices in an The Offices Operation Management Specialist will manage the offices operationally and execute the modification requests in alignment with internal/external stakeholders as well as maintain a good relationship with all

Manage and track all office services audits and action items arranging with concerned team.

• Ensure full readiness of the buildings from all aspects (FM,Safety, IT (Information Technology), Security, Soft services) a proper way within SLA. Support in the operation Procurement and raise the PR/PO and ensure full compliance to the company policy & procedures.

Role Purpose: excellent condition in align with all concerned teams with all levels to facilitate the end user needs within the CSAD policy & procedures.

The role will require a high level of interpersonal skills, diplomacy and quick attendance to the incidents / events and ensure providing satisfied services level among NEOM offices Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all office operations are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way.

• Forecast of office operation requirements based on the plan and approved initiatives.

Manage staff movement and all logistics aspects in coordination with the logistic and technical teams to ensure that all is aligned with the same goal. and communicate the issue to the concerned teams upon need. .

Maintain communication with all end users to enhance customer satisfaction.

 Monitor all raised tickets and coordinate with Facility Management team to accelerate the process and close it in Ability to innovate and promote bold ideas

 Resolve the raised complaints that belong to offices services. • Manage the minor works and ensure proper execution within the timeframe.

• Participate, develop and implement the department policy & procedures.

• Ensure providing exceptional services level to all building&#;s occupants.

• Facilitate the access permissions for the manpower and coordinate with security concerned team.

• Conduct daily inspection to the offices and complete the check list / assessment.

• Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure full compliance to the company policy and proper way of completing the tasks. Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in administration services or facility management or any relevant field

• Ability to work in a challenging and changing environment and work with ideas.

• Operational planning and implementation of standard operating procedures to support the operational side and minor works modifications.

• Developing and implementing policies and procedures.

Team player, organizational and planning skills

• General knowledge and orientation in offices services and facility management

• Basic Knowledge of space management

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Proficient in MS Office and SAP systems
